The 2016 winners were announced at the Healthcare Design Expo & Conference in November.
Entries are now being accepted. The deadline is July 11, 2017.
Contract magazine, in partnership with the Center for Health Design, is now accepting entries for the 2017 Healthcare Environment Awards, honoring innovative architectural and interior design solutions that enhance the quality of healthcare delivery. Winners will be announced at the Center for Health Design’s awards presentation in November, during the 2017 Healthcare Design Expo & Conference in Orlando, and will also be featured in the November 2017 issue of Contract.
Entries are accepted in the following categories:
• Acute (inpatient) Care Facilities
• Ambulatory (outpatient) Care Facilities
• Long-Term Care/Assisted Living Facilities
• Health and Fitness Wellness Facilities
• Landscape Design (healing gardens, etc.)
• Conceptual Design (professional, unbuilt projects)
• Student Design Work
Each entry will be reviewed by a jury of designers and architects with expertise in healthcare design, including one member of the board of The Center for Health Design. The jurors will be named in May.
The awards were presented by Contract and the Center for Health Design at the 2015 Healthcare Design Conference in Washington, D.C. in November.
