Contract magazine presented the 2012 Nightingale Awards on November 5, recognizing the best industry products for the built healthcare environment. During the conference in Phoenix,
Contract magazine Editor in Chief John Czarnecki announced the 13 Nightingale Awards at a ceremony that also celebrated the magazine’s Healthcare Environment Awards.

The winners were selected through a jury process just prior to the conference’s opening. A group of healthcare architects, interior designers, and facilities managers visited the participating exhibitors and rated entries on functionality, quality and durability, aesthetics, pricing, innovation, and contributions to the healing environment.
