The International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (BAC) recently awarded Secaurcus-based Artistic Tile a Craft Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Tile Industry. Artistic Tile was praised for its collaboration on the design elements of the new Artistic Tile showroom in LuxeHome at Chicago’s Merchandise Mart.

Other recipients of the BAC Best Tile Project Award were members of BAC Local 21 of the Administrative District Council 1 of Illinois and BAC signatory contractor Trostrud Mosaic & Tile Co., Inc. (also based in Illinois). They had collaborated with Artistic Tile on the Artistic Tile project.

“We are honored to receive the first-ever Outstanding Contributions to the Tile Industry award from the BAC, especially since it represents achievement through collaboration. Moving forward, Artistic Tile will continue to support craftsmen in the design and development of our products and showrooms,” says Nancy Epstein, founder and CEO of Artistic Tile.

The Artistic Tile showroom in Chicago at LuxeHome is one of seven that Artistic Tile owns.
