The city council of Vilnius, Lithuania, approved Studio Libeskind’s design for a mixed-use tower in the city’s downtown business district. The 18-story tower will be fixed upon a six-story podium via a luminous glass-covered galleria. The project is slated for completion in 2020.

The 215,000-square-foot structure will be strategically installed at the intersection of the White Bridge, the Neris River, and Old Town. Home to Class-A offices and a slew of amenities including restaurants and retail on the ground floor, the building will also accommodate the first Radisson RED-branded luxury hotel in the region. Studio Libeskind has conceived the tower to stand out in the skyline with a unique geometric expression conveyed through multifaceted glass and transparent and opaque surfaces.
